Robert Rosario Real Estate text-message program

AI assistant limitations

Brooke may help answer routine questions and collect context, but it can misunderstand a message or lack current information. Brooke cannot negotiate, form a contract, give legal or financing advice, provide an appraisal, or guarantee an appointment, property, price, or outcome. Ask for Robert at any time if you want a person to take over.
